Exceptional hospitality from staff

I loved my time at Homewood Suites in Ballantyne. The room's spacious layout made it comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed for quick meals, which was a big plus. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, especially the breakfast taco bar, a fun twist! The staff, particularly at the front desk, were friendly and accommodating. They made check-in easy, and I even got to choose my room online. However, I did encounter a couple of issues. I found a couple of roaches in my room and the hallway, which was off-putting. The front desk staff seemed indifferent to the situation when I brought it up. It would be ideal if they anticipated the needs better to avoid such inconveniences.

I had a fantastic stay! The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, especially the coffee and homemade pastries. The saltwater pool was perfect and my daughter loved it. I'll definitely be back!

The warm bread at breakfast was a highlight, along with the attentive staff who ensured everything was clean and welcoming. However, the dining area felt a bit crowded, making it challenging to find seating during peak breakfast hours. Additionally, some breakfast items weren’t restocked promptly, leading to missing options. Despite this, the friendliness of the staff and the convenient location made the visit enjoyable.

This place suits me perfectly with free parking, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped with local info on my first stay, making it memorable. Highly recommend for a comfortable holiday.

Friendly and personalized staff engagement.

We had significant issues during our stay. The refrigerator was loud and ineffective at cooling, making our food spoil. Additionally, the sofa was uncomfortable and the drawers were broken, which made unpacking difficult. This was disappointing and certainly overshadowed our experience here.

The breakfast variety was impressive, especially the tasty chicken sausage. The hotel's location was optimal for exploring and felt very safe, enhancing our overall experience.

Had a great time with friends! The outdoor pool and basketball court were highlights. Close to Quail Hollow Club, perfect for a round of golf. Check out local eateries. breakfast had a good variety, but could be better stocked. Overall, a comfy stay!
